Dr. S. Srinivas, CEO

 Srinivas founded Terabit Radios in 2012. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012 he was the Hardware Director at Aoptix Technologies where he helped build the ultra low latency FSO/EBand hybrid radio, and from 2006 to 2010, at Meru Networks, which built enterprise 802.11 access points. He started several other innovative companies, as Founder and CTO of CoWave Networks (1999 to 2002), which was based on a distributed MIMO approach, with the key patent covering multi-user MIMO and other innovative concepts.

After CoWave, he was the Founder, CEO of RadioFiber, which was a point to multipoint product company. Srinivas has 20 years of wireless design experience, and has a PhD in wireless communications from the University of Kansas, MS in semiconductors from University of Notre Dame, and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Bruce Carpenter, VP Global Sales

 For the past 20+ years Bruce has led sales organizations globally for wireless technology companies, including Aoptix Technologies, Sophia Wireless and Signal Technology. As Director of Sales at Aoptix, he pioneered the business group that offered 2 Gbps wireless backhaul equipment and led direct sales to major Tier 1 Carriers while setting up channel partners globally. Early on he was responsible for selling 10 Gbps to 80 Gbps ground to air communication systems to Prime Contractors and Government Agencies.

Bruce has a proven track record of managing direct sales and channel partners across global markets and has led pre-sales efforts from market assessment through product launch.
